Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of TraceGard, the DSCSA compliance platform operated by TraceGard, LLC (“TraceGard,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization. If a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement controls.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful DSCSA compliance activities.
• Keep your credentials secure and do not share accounts.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on the interval shown at checkout. Feature access follows your active subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Data and compliance

You retain ownership of the supply-chain records you submit. We process them to provide the service and to meet retention obligations you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for your organization’s regulatory interpretation.
