TraceGard, LLC (“TraceGard,” “we,” or “us”) provides Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) compliance software. This policy explains what data we process on behalf of our customers and how we protect it.

Data we process

• Account and user information (name, email, role) needed to operate the service.
• Supply-chain records (products, serial numbers, electronic notices, trading-partner data) that you submit for compliance processing.
• Operational logs and audit trails required for DSCSA record-keeping and security.
• Marketing-site inquiries (name, work email, organization) when you contact us or request a walkthrough.

How we use data

Customer data is used solely to deliver the service: tracing, verification, reporting, and the six-year record retention DSCSA requires. Inquiry data is used to reply to you. We do not sell customer data.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant, and retained according to your configured retention and legal-hold policies. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never store card numbers.
